To celebrate the release of Plini’s new Master Class, How to Write a Melodic Prog Solo, we’re giving away a signature Stranberg Plini guitar valued at $2,695! This is the exact guitar Plini used during the production of his class.
To enter, complete Plini’s Master Class, write a solo over one of the five original tracks that Plini produced for Pickup Music, and fill out this form.
Need help writing your solo? Join Community Practice Group from June 27 – July 1 to get feedback and workshop your solo. We’ll host a Zoom recital where you can perform your solo live to other members.
How to enter:

Step 2: Upload a video of your solo to Instagram with the hashtag #PickupPlini
Step 3. Complete this form and include a link to your submission.
Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted online starting at 9am on June 21, 2022 and ending at 11:59pm on July 5, 2022 (Eastern Standard Time).
Prize: The Winner of the campaign (the “Winner”) will receive a Strandberg Boden Prog NX 6 Plini Edition guitar valued at $2,695.
Terms & conditions
1. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the entrant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements.
2. Eligibility:
- Age: This campaign is open only to people who are 13 years or older as of the date of entry.
- Countries: The Campaign is only open to legal residents of the United States of America.
- Employees and connections: Employees of PickUp Music Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, sponsors, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the campaign.
- One entry per person: Each contestant may only enter the Competition once.
- Compliance: The campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

4. How to Enter:

Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of PickUp Music Inc. You may enter only once. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your entry may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of PickUp Music Inc.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entering by creating a new Pickup Music account during the Promotion Period will not increase your chances of winning.
Regardless of how you enter, there is a limit of one (1) entry per person/email address throughout the Promotion Period. Entries received from any person in excess of the stated limitation will be void, and that person may be disqualified from entry and/or winning. Entries received from any person who attempts to cancel and create a new account, or who attempts to create an additional account, during the promotion period will be disqualified. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses or any other method will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute over the identity of a Potential winner, the entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entrant’s Coinbase account (or submitted with the mail-in entry, as applicable) (“Entrant’s Email Address”), and a Potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email account. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned to the applicable email account. Proof of submission of an entry does not constitute proof of delivery.
5. Prizes: The Winner of the campaign (the “Winner”) will receive a Strandberg Boden Prog NX 6 Plini Edition guitar valued at $2,695.00 USD.
Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by PickUp Music Inc. No prize substitution shall be permitted except at PickUp Music Inc’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for PickUp Music to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Shipping: PickUp Music will ship the guitar to the Winner anywhere in the United States.
6. No purchase necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chance of winning.
7. Winner selection and notification: The Winner will be chosen by the Pickup Music team based on the quality of the submission as judged at the discretion of Pickup Music. This will be a subjective judgment that is not subject to review or apparel.
The Winner will be notified by email within 5 days following the selection of the Winner.
Pickup Music shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 10 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT PICKUPMUSIC’S SOLE DISCRETION WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CAMPAIGN, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
8. Terms & Conditions: PickUp Music Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond PickUp Music Inc.’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the campaign. In such case, PickUp Music Inc. may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by PickUp Music Inc.PickUp Music Inc reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the campaign or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. PickUp Music Inc has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the campaign, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by campaign rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempt be made, PickUp Music Inc. reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless PickUp Music Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (including D’Angelico Guitars), partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
10. Disputes: THIS campaign IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND CALIFORNIA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this campaign, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in California having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this campaign). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

12. Winners List: To obtain a copy of the Winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: 3756 W. Ave 40 ste K #306, Los Angeles, CA 900659.
13. Facebook and Instagram: The campaign hosted by PickUp Music Inc. is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram or any other social media platform.
By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook and Instagram from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the Competition, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).
14. By entering the competition, you, the contestant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules.
